Poop -- Had our end-of-semester Potluck dinner last night, and one of my students brought me a box of homemade biscotti. Excellent! Well, not excellent. But excellent! Best biscotti I've ever had, and I'm sure of that because I had 6 for breakfast today, dipped in my coffee. I'm already paying for it, too. :-) "What's this?" my body asks. "Flour???!!! I reject you!!!" #tummytrouble Sooooo worth it, though. Excellent!!! Now, back on that horse....No! Get off the horse and walk, walk, walk off those biscotti! We can do this!!! :-) LOL (Joy and discomfort are an interesting combination! :-)

It's nice that a student would make a gesture like that for you. Now, walk off those biscotti and I'm sure you'll get back on track! At least you have a positive attitude, and that is half the battle right there.

Oh, I got rid of the rest of the biscotti this morning. I got rid of them good....mwahaahaaa.....#moretummytrouble LOL Tomorrow is a better day. In fact, the rest of the day today is a better day!
