Oops...had a carbfest day yesterday. Calories were low but carbs grams were at 170 !! I'm usually between 100-120ish on a regular day. Not good to start off day with pancakes yesterday..it was downhill from there. Back on track today, had an early training session and planned out my meals for the day. IF till lunch, salad with chicken for lunch, salmon and broccoli for dinner. Snacks will be veggies and maybe cottage cheese with blueberries.
137.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
