Well I had hoped to make the holidays without a gain. But it was very hard.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

gaining 1.5 lb a week


Aw - you will get that off in NO time! You can definitely do it!

Holiday gain comes off pretty fast, I think, if you work on it. It is the stuff that was there before, and still waiting, that is hard. You will take that weight off very quickly. And you had a wonderful holiday, right?
