Not typically what you'd like to see over the course of a month and a half or so, but I have some big things going on (on top of the Coronapocalypse) and thus my goals have changed for now. Working hard to maintain. Workouts are happening and largely my breakfasts and dinners are totally kosher (as in, on plan), but I lose a little control around lunch when my meal prep no longer sounds good and I crave sweets.. This week I have planned for a variety of lunches, instead of one for the entire week, so hopefully that will curb boredom.
Will share more when I am able. Thanks for supporting me, even when I fall.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The only time you fail is when you quit. You've got this. Sometimes when I crave sweets I find fresh fruit with a little yogurt satisfies my cravings, especially something really sweet, like fresh pineapple. 🌈
