WOW. Yesterday, I announced on my Facebook that I am hoping to reach the "Lost 10 kg"-mark today. I did, however, not. Instead I reached the "Lost 11 kg"-mark! Go me! What an amazing experience this is. Motivation is WAY up, and I can not wait to lose more! Life is Goood!
317.5 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 130.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
