Well, ate about 300 cals. yesterday; zucchini shredded, pasta sauce, watermelon, sugar free jello, 1 teaspoon spirulina, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 4 oz. aloe vera juice and vitamin & mineral supplements. 20 push ups & 50 sit ups. All's well, feeling good. I haven't felt this healthy or weighed this for at least 20 years. Energy level is high and clear headed. I've been taking a mixture of North & South American, African & Eastern homeopathic remedies of various plant parts in powdered form for about 6 months @ 1 heaping tablespoon a day. The overall results have been amazing. Some are for inflammation, bone & joint, circulation, memory, eye skin and ear health, various organ targeting and inner body cleansing etc. Did lots of research into health benefits and risk of side effects of each of these, as well as dosage. About 14 different powders mixed together and taken at same time. No more need for physical therapist, doctor or prescription meds. Say what you like , but I feel healthier, mentally and physically than I have in years. Only thing I haven't been able to alieve is my tinnitus. Anyway, till tomorrow. Cheers

To Diana1234, The answer is yes, however, I am doing vitamin & mineral supplements as well as 1 teaspoon of spirulina each day with exercise. I don't count the few cals. in the supplements, but maybe only the spirulina has enough cals. to measure, I'll have to check that out.
