Taking it easy no drastic steps, have cut out Icecream, changed heavy late night dinner to heavy lunch light dinner.
308.9 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 117.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.8 lb a week

No need to cut anything honestly just moderate n enjoy life if you stress your cortisol level rise n if they get high you have lil to no chance of losing any weight’ it has been my issue for god knows how many years n I didn’t know until now through the help of a very fully qualified personal trainer who is certified in physiatrist n nutritionist I really hit the jackpot in my eyes she is amazing’ I feel less puffy already n that’s just from counting my sodium levels every day 😁👍 n trust me I look like a water balloon it feels so much better to not have my skin feel like it’s ripping apart so please don’t feel you gotta give up what you enjoy you just have to count n moderate nothing more I still get to enjoy my chocolate n pasta also a can of coke each day or every second day as I don’t crave it as much now’ just try it you can only do that n see if it’s your way too good luck 😉
