Didn't go to the gym last night. When I drove by it was packed and then it started pouring rain which was enough for me to say- nah... So I rode the stationary bike for an hour and watched Silence of the Lambs on Netflix. "It rubs the lotion on it's skin." 🤐🐑😝
180.8 lb Lost so far: 68.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is always good to have a back up plan . Where I live the gyms are only open at 25% percent capacity so I lift with free weights at home , jump rope and go on long fast power walks.
