I weighed in first thing this morning, and to my happiness I was 4 lbs down. I am super excited about what the rest of the week can possible bring if I continue on with what I am doing. Today is New Years Eve, and we are going to my Dad's to visit, so I am hoping that I have the will power to not screw up. I still have flex points, but I was hoping to not use any of those at all anytime, I guess we'll see. I have only successfully dieted 3 times in my life, so this makes me pretty happy.
