I'm pretty amazed to be down a pound even after splurging a bit on my birthday! I held pretty steady, but did indulge in some Hagen-Dazs at dinner - and cake too!

I am starting to realize that this is the way that I need to eat. Period. The next few months are going to be so difficult with mom's cancer and my future mother-in-laws cancer... and tracking carefully what I eat will help me stay on top of things.

For now, celebrating 143!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
