GOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE !!!...woke up earlier this mornin...still another cooler morning...got up in the 50s yesterday opened the curtain on the windows an soaked in the sun inside...was to cool with the wind blowin to soak it up outside...me an jillian didnt do a workout together yesterday afternoon like i had planned...took the xmas tree down an put it in its box an all the xmas decorations...i think i turned the wrong way or mabye it was cause i was tired when i did it, but twisted my back the wrong way so...ended up layin on the bed all afternoon on a heating pad...today its fine...an gettin layered up to get that morning walk in and then headed to the gym for a ride on the recumbant bike..then its store day once again...so a few different foods to look at to bring home since im doing weight watchers, been tryin to eat more fruit and veggies...got on the scales today and that pound was still gone so im claimin it...lol...its so nice to be using a digital scales thats readin the right numbers for a change...well...need to get up an moving once again...catch you all later...HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTT DAY...remember stay positive and keep on pushin like that little engine that could...any setbacks are only learning experiences !!!!

morning walk over ..decided to just do floor exercises today..for some reason here lately after my walk im just tired...not really body tired, but just feel wore out..dont really kno how to explain it..dont kno if its cause of the weather, or if its just me...today i went ahead an drank another protein shake to see if that would make me feel more like gettin up an doing the floor exercises...wish i could figure out whats causin me to feel so tired...im takin a vitamin every morning before my walk ..an im gettin my 8 hours of sleep, but right now i feel like i could lay bck down an sleep somemore...guess my body just isnt gettin all the sleep it needs or somethin...

The weather is probably making you feel tired. It seems like just being cold makes you tired.

Do you think you're so tired b/c of the weather??? I ask b/c I'm feeling the same way!! Just Blah all the time and I can't explain it either! It's crazy though. I think winter puts me into a slight depression state. Seriously! I have a bad case of the blahs alot that I can't explain! Glad your back is ok. Be careful about that! We took all of our Christmas decor down on Saturday when it was 70 degrees out, LOL.

The need for light and sunshine is very real. The fact that you pulled back the curtain and "let the sun shine in" is indicative of that need. Just go with the natural rhythm and get the rest you need. You push yourself pretty hard. The natural rhythm will swing back around again. Go "with it" instead of "against it." Keep the faith!

Glad you're eating more fruits and veggies! Maybe that will help boost your energy. As you always say - listen to your body! If it needs rest, rest! Sorry it didn't work out with you and Jillian yesterday, but I'm sure she'll wait for you. :) Glad your back is feeling better. Have a great day!

Heya, pal! Ya know, vitacost has Vitamin D, as well! :) I found out that I am low, as I guess most all of us (specially in the great NW) are, and I am instructed to take 4k units nightly. Was thinking that might be helpful, too? The other thought is your vitamin B levels. I also get a sublingul B from vitacost. It's a nice lil boost of energy! :) Keep walking it off my friend!

i drank the extra protein shake and felt pretty good after that, but have been on the go since 8am..just got home an eating lunch..then off to walmart...then if thers still daylight..gonna head out to friends if its dry enough in the field an split some wood...bad thing about havin energy...no rest...lool...

yeah i think youre tired after your walks because of the weather. But not cause its dark and dreary but because of the cold. I know last night I went for an hour and a half walk and during summer thats easy but with the super cold air and such its just harder on the lungs. So i think that its the cold thats making you more tired.

its 330 in the afternoon an im still feelin yucky...so i no longer think its the cold morning walks..i think my body is tryin to fight off bein sick...il have alittle burst of energy, then i will feel drained...been layin down since i got home from wally world...so guess my body is tryin to fight off bein sick..dont feel bad anywhere and still have appetite..just no energy ...gonna take it easy tonight an hopefully tomow...il be feelin more energized...

I've been feeling tired lately. And now I think I'm just getting sick. I can't stop venting about it. I HATE to get sick. My hubby works, the kids are home for vacay, and there's no one to take care of me but me. I hope you don't get what I have. But I'll tell you this -- I remember my mom once got in a bad skiing accident and injured her back. Well, that injury lasted for years. And nothing would help. But then she discovered walking. It cured her back problems. Just walking. No other exercise. My mom now swears by it! She won't do any other form of exercise because she thinks it will injure her. Walking is free. It works your whole body. If you get back aches, maybe it's a good remedy until you feel better.

Just "peeking in on you " here later in the day to see how you are doing. Still feeling pekid? Bully's observation about Vitamins B and D really makes sense. When I do not get enough of either of those I feel draggy. I hate to say this - I hope I don't "jinx" you but that awful two-day flu I had started with fatigue and achiness. Continue to pamper yourself with the heating pad. You deserve it!
