After a couple of days of not gaining weight, I am finally on the losing team again!
I had some stomach problems, and I think that was what was causing my weight gaing.
I am glad to see that I am a whole kg lighter today, and hope that another result like that will appear tomorrow.
I love doing this, I love losing weight. I feel so much better when I do it. But I hate when I do not see my actual weight dropping in the morning.
Today, I will work on losing more weight. Life is good.
323.4 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
