No matter what I do I can't seem to get back on track. No whining, no blaming or being angry. I've almost gained back all my losses. I've set a plan of action & I pray I can stick to it. It's not only my weight, it's also my gambling has been out of control. My mind is not where it should be and my waist & pockets are taking the hit. "I Will Do Better" Stay healthy my friends🙋
221.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely know the feeling food wise. I also know you can do this. It sounds so trite, but one day, one meal, one minute at a time. You've got a plan, put into action. WE'VE GOT THIS!

I have been there more times than not. For me, I have to WANT it. Sounds like you are on the right plan. you can do it and if not, then you just get back up and do it again.

You will do better🙌 stick to your plan and if you fall off get back on the horse. You know you have support here ♥️ It has been more than trying times. It’s a pandemic and it’s normal to let things go, but you are in control of you and the more you’re on track and checking in, the less time you will have for gambling and more time for your downstairs dancing 💃🏻🥰 You got this friend!!!💜💚

I know the feeling. I'm frustrated with myself. I use to be very active and then I recently lost my Mom in April. I am trying to get back to the groove of things and get my motivation back. You are not alone.

Alnona I've been away for awhile and there has been so many changes my weight included gaining back weight and then some. We are in this together to encourage and support one another!
