GOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE !!!!...61 outside and its december...odd weather for sure...just weighed again this morning and down another 4 pounds...guess all that water i been drinkin is really helpin...plus all that fiber i been eating is doing its thing as well...it is a big motivator to see it come bck off..i was alittle disappointed the other day when i seen the change like i did..i had expected some, but didnt realize it would be that much with a new set of scales..i also think since ive been eating more, that mabye that might have something to do with the weight comin off to..or at least thats what i keep tellin myslf..logically you would think that eating less would make the weight come off, but all the reading says differently...hard to accept at times...even though i have proof from my food journal that ive been eating more calories this past week or so, just hard to believe that all the extra calories was my whole problem as far as not droppin the weight, but now im thinkin i wasnt gettin it off as fast as most cause my body just thought i was in starvation mode...no easy job of gettin the weight off...definately a learning experience...but as long as it comes back off...then thats an accomplishment...well im doing a happy dance again today...and now its time to get up an check to see if its rainin outisde...need to get a morning walk in an then im headed to the gym for a workout of some kind..hopefully i will be more in the mood today...not sure whats up with no being in the mood...you would think with the loss ive had the last 2 days i would be headed to the gym in a hurry...lol...but anymore its just all part of the daily routine...gonna take tomow off from the gym i think get my day of rest...well hope everyone is enjoyin their time off while ther on vacation!!!!...lol...catch you all later....

got my morning walk done..had to walk between the rain drops..started out just a mist..but like always, you get several blocks from the house an the drops get bigger..lol...o well...by the time i got within a couple of blocks from the house it had slowed down some...was gonna go to the gym today an take tomow off but instead decided to take today off..just not in the mood..an figured if i went to the gym it would be for not one of the best workouts...dont really kno why i feel so tired less its all the carbs im eating to make up my points i need thru the day...not sleepy, body just wants to lay down an sleep...like my energy comes in spurts...

Doing the Happy Dance with you my friend! You are right on track so I hope you found your "groove" once you got to the health club! Aside from wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle, meeting friends at the club helps motivate me to go....all that work just so we can go out for a tall skim latte w/sugar free syrup at Caribou Coffee!!! thanks 4thehalibut !!!...yuck sorry cant stand coffee so...more for you...lol...decided to take today off from the gym an just do floor exercises and the dvd workout ...

I just read your comment about turning the volume down on my dvd. Now why didn't I thing of that? Duh! I know that increase because of the scale was a real downer but you are on the right track and that current loss is amazing. Keep plugging away!

Alright for the loss!!! I lost a couple oz, LOL.. but I'll take anything at this point! I know what you mean about the weather... it's gonna be in the 70's today and just last week, we had ice on the roads?!?!? What up? I won't complain though, I'm gonna go find me a pair of capris, lol.

You know what to do! You are an old pro at this game and you have given others so much great advice. Just follow your own sound judgement and you will do fine. Here we go again - talkin' about the weather - we have TORNADO WARNINGS here - in December! What's up with that?

sometimes its hard to listen to the advice you give others..why is that????...dont kno about being a pro, but im gettin smarter from learning about how to eat healthier..lol...and ive learned to be patient thru it all...you gotta be so you dont get down when the scales is yankin your chain...lol...
