Well the gain is coming down and I redid my RDI and it came down too
253.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's the downside to losing weight - your RDI comes down too. But it's a small price to pay, I guess. Glad you're trending downward again!

I'm just glad that it's only 100 calories down and I'm still burning like 3400-3500 a day on the days I don't work. If work is busy it's a lot more!
