Me and my 13 year old worked out at home 😊
I set the alarm for 30 mins and we did four rounds alternating running stairs and jump squats then four alternates of sit-ups and planks then four rounds of wall sits and lunges and then did bicycles til my alarm went off !! One day at a time ! If I focus on each day making sure I eat well and get in at least a 30 minute workout then maybe just maybe I can see some progress 🙏
