I have 2 weigh ins for the 14th but one is actually yesterday. I never got around to logging it yesterday. The good news is the needle is going down...well no needle cause my scale is digital 😀

Even after eating out on Friday I didn't gain. I ended up making my choices from the appetizer menu. Salad, soup & a seafood Au Gratin with flatbread for dipping. Since we ate early to potentially avoid crowds I was full before eating all of my food. We usually eat dinner around 8 PM. I brought the rest home & enjoyed it yesterday for lunch. Hubby & I took a walk around the square after dinner. Last night's dinner was leftover roasted chicken on a salad.

I got into the cedar chest again & finished pulling out my Summer clothes. I now have a stack of pants/ capris to give away. They all were so big they looked absolutely clownish 😅😂

I watched 2 movies on the Starz app yesterday before cancelling it at the end of the free trial month. I haven't been spending much afternoon time watching TV. I'm spending more time being up & active. Hubby & I watched "It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood" about Mr. Rogers last night. I was in tears multiple times!

It's looking overcast & thundering....think we're in for for some rain. We did get a walk in yesterday, but today we may not be able.

Dinner tonight is either BLT'S or tuna salad sandwiches. The freezer is bare & noone feels like going to the grocery store. Tomorrow.... I'm trying to think of ways to eat more protein. I read on Diablo's post a few days ago a good level was 100 grams. I don't eat that much most days. I'd like to achieve it without doing supplements.

143.4 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, I had 2 weigh ins but the first dissapeared...replaced by the journal. Just for the record weight Sat. 6/13 was 143.8.
