Today I woke up crying. I dreamt I was back over 300lbs and had my Hubby pulling me off the toilet. Never, ever again. The Keto was too constrictive to me but lowering my carbs did help last time. Things in my home haven't changed, so I must change. A new goal, a short term goal, below 200lbs for my bday on July 4th. I know this is a lofty goal but achievable. After my bday I'll slow it down but until then forward and on full blast. Have a safe & healthy day🙋
219.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done so far...yes, it is a nightmare for me to recall in my own life, too. You could try modified keto - just lower carb. Also calories in and calories out has worked well for me , too. Burn more than you eat.
