this one makes total sence! I ate 3000 calories of wings, steak, chicken, sweet potatoes, and yogurt. today should be a strong workout day. and I need to claw my way back to 140 with a week of health lean eating.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
