Unfortunately, I did not get around to taking pics of the surplus meal I ate yesterday. I took some pics of the protein pancake breakfast and the protein bar and quest chips, but when it came to our Mexican cuisine, I confess the thought never crossed this mind to pull out the cam and take some pics. But, I can say - I ate ALL OF IT which did include the WHOLE BURRITO BOWL, 2 tacos, 24 chips with the most amazing guacamole I've every tasted. And, yes oh yes I ate the WHOLE piece of chocolate cake. I also added in a couple more ounces of wine, and ended the nights feast at about 3400 plus cals.

This morning's food baby as I lovingly like to call it after a surplus day is 2.2 lbs. Not too shabby. I was really thirsty this time around. I drank water like a fish, LOL. Anyhow, the muscles are feeling pumped and good and am genuinely thankful for being able to have these surplus days. They really are delightful and give me a chance to support our local restaurants. And, they really need that right now.

I haven't increased the cals for the season, yet. The pool is open but she's not up to temp, yet. I don't want to increase the cals until I'm actually swimming. But, she'll get there...she looks so beautiful. I love it when the pool opens - it's one of the most blissful parts of the summer season.
