My gym.

Walked 100 lbs of sand on my shoulders over 100 ft x 3 trips #BEASTMODE

I let the 18 year old use the wheelbarrow with 200 lb loads (not bad for someone who weighs 132 lbs)

I blamed this, mixing and pouring concrete, for why I was a little piggy with the food yesterday (Lies!!! I ate and own it)

Two more days of this ahead but I will cut back a little on the carbs and see if my energy suffers.

Onward
206.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

as an orthopedic nurse I could tell yiu the damage you do when you get exterme with weight on your upper body. Its not the weight its the distance and the repetition. You can get better results with 10 lbs done for 10 miles than you can with 100lbs for 1 block. Plus you wont have degenerative disc disease in 5 yrs and you will still have a working rotator cuff

Looking good CG! But take heed to Ravens words! A back injury will drop you to your knees and cry like a baby! Then, trying to deal with an injury and try to keep fit can be a real challenge! My experience reminds me daily! Think I’m gonna follow raven!

Thanks all. I am spent but I dropped my carbs to 100 and I’m DO N OK. Tomorrow I’m shooting for 75 g of carbs with calories of 1500 - 2000. Weight loss should resume with these numbers quickly as my last day of hard labor will be tomorrow. Thanks again for the support
