Chris1979's Journal, 25 October 2010

Well, I finally got on the scale. It wasn't pretty. But, I'm recording it and owning it and moving forward. My parents were here and we ate a TON of food at Maggiano's so that's definitely part of the gain.

My weight is an ongoing process. I'm learning, figuring out what I can and can't get away with. Clearly, eating an entire piece of Tiramisu was not a good idea. :)

I also know I'm not drinking enough water. I need to work on that.

I'm going to finally take Momo and other people's advice and sit down and write out a schedule for myself. Maybe that will help me with my feelings of being overwhelmed. After all, "those who fail to plan, plan to fail". Tuesday (tomorrow) is my easiest day so I can come home and work on that little task.

I'm also GASP taking a break from couponing this week so I can concentrate more on my studies. Luckily there aren't really any "free food" deals that I'm aware of this week so that's helping me take a breather.

Gratitude:
1) No visitors this weekend so we can RELAX
2) Great night's sleep last night
3) Weather has been pretty darn nice lately

Have a nice Monday friends. :)

Ya know... I go to that couponsuzy.com place every week to print out the coupons I need, but lately, it says that I've printed out to many! Its only for the ones I need, but - I NEED THEM! LOL I can print out all I want of other stuff still... frustrating! Anyway, I think its a great idea to make a schedule for yourself. It will either make you really happy to realize the amount of time you have available to you in your week, or really depress you... lol Either way, at least you'll know what your dealing with. Have a good one and check out the pics of my new kitty!

I agree with mom. Making the schedule is a good thing either way. It's always better to know where we stand.
