Did all required exercises for our challenge and worked with some weights and my workbench today. Love the weight bar. Will bike this afternoon since it is a pretty good looking day today with not too much rain.
109.8 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
