I surely didn't stay with in the 1400 cals this week or anyother that I remember :( but I still managed to loss. :) Will hopefully do better this week cause I want to break the 270 mark and be under that by Halloween. Also must drink more water.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
