What a nightmare. My sweet Dad died suddenly of a pulmonary embolism on May 25. My sis found him in the garden; he looked like he was taking a nap. Mom is still in shock. We all are.

185.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb. Still to go: 35.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

losing 0.9 lb a week
