I couldn't hold on to the 2 lb loss! Up a pound this morning. I do not think it is real though. I will try to be very very good in NYC. Food is not usually the problem there though--it's the booze baby! I will exercise tons though-gym in hotel and lots of shopping, cough, walking.

I won't be posting again until Wednesday, so y'all better be good. Santa Claus is coming to town!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have faith in you. Be as good as you can but still have fun! None of those foo foo fruity drinks. Walk laugh and find a place to dance!

Have a wonderful trip! Sounds like you have a good plan to counteract the drinking. I hope you're not too hung over to use the gym! :)

I tend to EAT when I'm in NYC......gotta have the cheesecake at Carnegie Deli! But it's true that you walk a lot in NYC too so if you stay away from all the food goodies, you'll be fine! Have a GREAT time. Wish I was going with you! Can't wait to hear how it goes! :)
