Bounce. Just a reminder of how vigilant I will have to be once I reach my goal. It's not the goal that is important, but the changes I'm making. It's a lifelong(er) promise to myself to take care of my body, mind and soul. I can do this!!! :-)
175.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know that song -- I've sung every verse! First time I did Weight Watchers, I was 9 years old. There's never been a time in my life when I was 'slim'. This is the beginning of slim!!!
