I've got some crazy personal stuff going on making me feel sub-human. And there is this part of me that wants to punish myself. Would it be completely counter productive to just eat 1 low carb salad a day for like a week? I have not really felt like eating anyway.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is the only eating 1 salad a day part of your punishing yourself? I hope your crazy stuff subsides. I would think it depends on what all is in your low carb salad. It could be an OMAD type of thing.

Kind of. But I like my salads. Spinach ham avocado tomato bacon bits and ranch. The punishing part is missing other low carb yummies. Is OMAD something that you can do long term?

I don't know about the OMAD as I don't follow it. But there are alot of people who do. Why are you trying to punish yourself though? If you're doing low carb, the other yummies can fall into your WOE

Trust me , we all struggle and go through crap. Hang in there it will get better. I think that just having a crappy week is more than anybody can handle. But in order to get better, start with self-care and self-love, and nutrition is a big part of that. Well balance three meals a day would be very helpful for you at this time. Once you start looking after yourselves things start to look better💗💗💗💗🌸🌸❤️🌸

I do OMAD. I eat one very large salad a day. I keep it under 20 grams of carbs. Be careful with veggies a lot have some carbs and they can add up fast. I generally don't put cheese on but when I do I use fetta or blue cheese. lots of flavor so you don't need to add as much
