Down a pound today. If my scale was a person, I'd strangle it. lmbo. Besides that a busy day planned, and I didn't get alot of sleep last night. Went to bed around 1:30am and got up this morning just after 6:30am. So running a bit low in that sense.

I hope everyone has a healthy day! ^.^
287.5 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I keep waking up in the middle of the night. I almost 'never' do that. I think it might be my sinus' that are doing it. I planning on getting some Daytime and Nighttime allergy medication today. Yesterday I woke up at 3am, this morning it was 5am. This sucks.
