Down a few more ounces! Going up to see my Mom and Dad for a few days at the end of the week. In order to keep my weight loss in check I plan to bring along healthy snacks. Mom will try to help - she is not the kind of Mom to sabotage my diet, thank God.
132.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent point, Glen. To be honest, I would have to take the streets a couple of blocks to get to the bike path. It is pretty scary, but I have done it many times. I hate to tempt fate! The path is really cool - along the beach. I don't know the first thing about bike racks - seems like a bit of a hassle though. You certainly got me thinking. Thanks for the great input........
