Weigh exactly the same as last week-think I am on my two week cycle-expect a loss next week. Or else!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

next week for sure! All those dirt shakes and barf brews will come through for you! We tend to get little "stalls" once in a while, can't let them get you down. WE know the loss is coming.

It'll happen for sure! Stay on track! Don't get discouraged...it'll happen, I know it will! Keep on eating healthy and moving..it'll be down before you know it. Have faith. =)
