Maxed my calories yesterday, but went on an extra Bike Ride later in the day to cover at least 200 of the calories 🔥🔥


Still participating in Virtual Zoom exercise program & we did a routine that fell in the TOP 3🥵🥵

4 Rounds
• SA Overhead Thrusters 7x, followed with Pushups & SA Ren Row 7x
• Lateral Lunges 10x per side
• :30 hold Push-ups half down

Finish: 20-15-10-5
• GOH DB or 45lbs plate
• 200m run after each round

600 Cals!!!
167.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
