1800 kcal Fat: 53.43g | Prot: 116.10g | Carb: 164.50g.   Breakfast: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Cheerios, Strawberries, Jack Link's Original Beef Steak Nuggets, Graham Crackers. Lunch: Red Robin Ensenada Chicken Platter (1 Chicken Breast), Cauliflower, Celery, Carrots, New World Farms Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner: Pinot Noir Wine, Broccoli Cheese Soup (Prepared with Milk), Panera Bread Smokehouse Turkey Panini on Three Cheese Bread (Half). Snacks/Other: Tribe Organic Hummus Classic, Storck Riesen Chocolate Caramel Candies. more...
