I took my Mom and granddaughter to the Old Country Store for lunch today. Even though I am sure I had too many fats, I managed to eat a salad with light dressing, baked chicken, and mostly green vegetables.......plenty of vegetables. I ate a piece of "fried" cornbread instead of dessert. Hopefully I will not see a gain tomorrow. No dinner tonight, just a diet coke at my other granddaughter's basketball game. Oh yes, I got my exercise in going up the steps at the game!
