Guess we're going to be cutting back a bit until I can increase my activity again. Guess I'll put a note on the computer to do squats during long calls. I ate a lot of fresh fruit yesterday, nice change in the mix, if something's going to be cheap around here, I'm glad that's it. I'm going to have to make something from the excess spinach, maybe some spanakopita if I have some phyllo in the freezer, frittata if I don't. Might not have enough feta. Both are delicious, so a win either way.

Kinda meh mood this morning. The flooding in Michigan got to me last night, we have friends and family there. It's a small village, they don't need this on top of everything else, makes me sad. I'm tired of seeing friends on our walks and not being able to do anything other than chat for a few and move on. I think we're all tired of it. Walked until almost 9 last night, it's crazy that this is "summer" as far as hours of daylight and yet... there's not really going to be a summer as we know it this year. I'm pissy because I miss the pool, I'm thankful that no one close to me is having any serious issues or that they're taking the appropriate steps to protect themselves. I'll give myself a virtual kick in the butt later today to get over it. It's sunny and gorgeous, that always helps.
