Up 1.5 today. Just seems to keep fluctuating. But as long as I keeps dipping down lower and staying mostly a downward trend, I'm happy about it. ^.^

Talked to hubby this morning, and I is getting me a new jogging stroller! :D Just got to call the guy back today about it. Also have a friend of mine coming to stay with me this weekend! So 3 days of cleaning, Traveling Thursday, I think i might the stroller that day, A fun healthy weekend, and we might go to the Haunted House in town, then traveling Saturday, or Sunday. ^.^ Lots planned! I need to get meals planned out too, I'm thinking Beef Stew, or homemade chicken soup for Thursday. I'll cook a big pot Wednesday, then just have to heat it up Thursday night.


I'm stoked that my challenge is on the go! I'm going to try and get a walk in this afternoon after a brief trip to the grocery store for some meat and extra meal stuffs for this weekend! And I think Instead of Cardio Max, I'm going to do some heavy duty dancing!

Yesterday was good. Did 1.2 miles and even shaved off 3 mins of time from it. Then after I put Jules down for bed, I did 30 mins of Cardio Max! And then a bit of dancing, though I didn't logg it because my comp was off for the night. lol. I'm really starting to see changes in my skin all over my body. lol. Some good, some I'm not thrilled about, but all it all I feel so much more Alive, and Vibrant than I have in a Loooooong time.

Okay, now to get some Laundry going, and put a dent in my housework. XD
287.5 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
