Walked four miles last night, I really need my swims, muscle mass is staying down, don't like that. Weights are not an option right now. I guess I can work lower body and walk more, not doing any canyons either. I have a four day weekend coming up, hoping to be back to real swims at that point. I figure when it stops hurting when I roll out of bed that we're there.

My jacaranda tree is about half of the way there. The squirrels steal my iris bulbs, so this will have to do. Should be full in another week or so if we don't have anymore crazy winds. Finally got the upload to work.

Edit: that's funny, I forgot to change the FS weight field so got the auto fill version. Oh well, did a mid-morning weigh in after breakfast, it's 161.3 after breakfast and coffee. Life goes on.

That three is lovely! I too have never seen one like that! I hope your pain eases soon. It is so terribly frustrating to be limited, when you want to work out as you are accustomed to doing. Hang in there! 😊

Pain is no fun. When I suffered with tennis elbow, it felt at times like it would never heal. But it did and I know you’ll get through this too! ❤️🙏

Kat, I’ve understood from your posts that you are in pain somewhere in your upper body. I am sorry for that, pain is really bad company. Have you gotten a diagnostic of what it is? Are you doing specific exercise to improve it?

Eva, I did it to myself. Popped a rib doing something stupid (tear of rib from muscle/cartilage). Thought I could work through it, but that doesn't let it heal, so I'm taking a little break from the activities that make it hurt. Like I should have the first week. Live and learn. Or not. Just trying not to laugh or sneeze so much these days. That said, this is nothing compared to a broken tailbone. So, could definitely be worse. LOL

I see. No exercises, then. Trying not to laugh or sneeze is definitely very tough!! I hope you get better soon.
