Oops! Up a little again 🙄 Still under goal but today might be the day I need to put on the brakes & eat a little less. Why am I thinking an ice cream cone sounds really good 😋🍦 I haven't been overdoing it meal wise but for some reason my sweet tooth has been kicking in after dinner. I've eaten something sweet all along, even when I was on loss mode, but I've actually been having more than one treat after dinner. Nothing huge....last night I had half a cookie (130 calories ), a Lime Outshine Pop (40 calories), & 2 licorice twizzlers (90 calories). The twizzlers are Hubby's fault. He had them around 10 PM & tempted me 😐

I've been outside planting my Caladium bulbs & transplanting a couple of Lantanas & a Poinsettia. Hubby finally got the parts to fix the tiller so he can dig up my little garden bed & I can get the tomato plants in the ground. Good thing...they're blooming but still in their tiny pots.

So, I'm hungry & need to figure out what to eat.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
