Ugh. 3 days of perfect eating and only 1 pound lost. I really should only weigh myself once a week, but I can't wait that long! It's abundantly clear that I need to exercise in some way every day. Cleaning the house and stuff isn't enough to make the pounds come off! How am I going to find the time to work out? I guess I just have to do it. I'll feel better and I'll lose more because of it.

Also - I need to keep reminding myself that if I lose 1 pound every time I weigh in that is a perfect amount of weight to lose! That means I'm losing 2 pounds a week and that will be a weight loss that I can maintain!

And so - I'm hanging in there! 1 pound is better than no pounds.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
