Hi bootybuilder girls. I am working it. Did my exercises with weights and bands yesterday and more basic today but I did them all.
109.6 lb Lost so far: 76.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope to some $ay be we're I enjoy exercising,. Because of joint issues every thing needs to go slow. a few minutes here ,. but I'm getting baggy skin, at 76 working on 37 nothing bounces back. lol
