Still feeling sick and weather to bad to risk getting sicker. It is hard to exercise when you feel bad. I will get back on with my exercise soon. We are cooking for a houseful here today. I am planning to count what i eat . But eat what i want to. It is not Thanksgiving that made me this weight. It is the decisions i make every day of the year. Not the special occasions.
