Yay! It went down again! Eating mostly healthy and working out for at least half an hour always seems to do the trick for me, yet I still don't do it from time to time haha

I hope everyone is having a fantabulous day!! :)
226.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
