I've set my dinner eating time as between 4-10pm. Outside of that time I'm trying to limits snacks to 100-300kCal. During the dinner feast time there's no restrictions (nothing stupid of course though), just eat well and enjoy with others.

My wife makes great dinners and it is also my social eating time of day. The big reason to try this is that no matter how good I did everyday evening was always tough, I want to eat then, period, no way around it. So now I just limit myself to eating then.

So far I'm finding the self-denial required during the day is easier to face then during the evening. But it is way too soon to tell.
268.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
