New low!!! Yay!!! Its my birthday weekend so hope I don't undo it all with birthday cake.
159.6 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1337 kcal Fat: 42.65g | Prot: 66.84g | Carb: 181.79g.   Breakfast: Oats, Fat Free Milk. Lunch: Bananas, Fried Egg without Fat, Low GI Seeded Brown Loaf, Grilled or Baked Pork Chop, Mini Frosted Doughnuts. Dinner: Butter, White Bread. Snacks/Other: Vegetable Curry, Hake Fillet, Quinoa (Cooked), Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Gala Apples, Pears . more...
losing 9.3 lb a week
