Duh. This part of my journal earlier today would have made more sense if I'd remembered to record my weigh in with it:

As for eating I'm pleasantly surprised my intuition to eat more, not less, has proven correct.

185.0 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing fantastic! Keep up the excellent maintaining or losing. It's funny; when we find peace within ourselves the weight seems to come off a bit easier.
