I'm on the Reboot with Joe fast. Suppose to drink juices but didn't want to get outrageously sick looking so been adding eatables. Juicing has become really good for me though it will become a staple in my diet. I have never dreamed that I would be drinking broccoli, kale, cucumbers, beets, celery, amongst other things. I actually want to juice. Yay for good changes.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
