Busy Mother’s Day limited the amount of food & calories. Although we had a large Linner, we all walked along the Beach afterwards & than on the road for the next two hours.


I guess when you constantly moving & entertaining the family, it’s easy to keep the pounds away!!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
