If you're looking to lose, try a salad with balsalmic vinegar. All the extras will turn your weight loss machine into a garbage salad. Olive oil will give you unwanted fat and calories. 2 tablespoons of olive oil can have upwards of 160 calories.

You're welcome! I've learned to read labels. Olive oil has a lot of health benefits otherwise. Not good for weight loss though! Keep up the good work!

Thanks! :)...I've been reading labels for awhile now. Since my friend is vegetarian and transitioning to veganism we both found a lot of stuff that shocked us. So now I try to get organic and carefully read the ingredients.

Oh I totally understand! There is SO much out there hidden in food that people shouldn't be eating at all. It's so sad to think about how many people out there don't even know what they're eating.
