Did my exercises today. Used some leg weight for some of it. I do not always do that but today was weight day. Not as colourful as Jenn but ,,,,

Had an active day as I did some walking and biking in addition to the leg
exercises.

I am getting ready for some donkey kicks
110.0 lb Lost so far: 75.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The weights look a lot nicer than mine! This encouraged me to do some leg exercises tonight.

You always put in the work 👍🏾 I like that you are updating more often lately. I sometimes get 'down' or 'discouraged' on my exercise/diet, but, I think @Liv001 never quits! 🙌🏾

Good job keeping up with your exercises 👍🏼 do you like the ankle weights? Are they helpful? I have a pair of 2.5 pound ones but am not ready to use them yet because I'm recovering from a chronic ankle/leg injury (but do want to use them in the future)

Thanks Melissa♥♥♥ Natalie thanks. Rather than "like" Natalie I would say "necessary evil", which is how I feel about a lot of exercise☺☺ But take care of your ankles and make sure you figure out how to best and safest strengthen them when you are ready. In yoga we do write the alphabet with the big toe to strengthen them

😄 yeah I can understand that with exercise. And that's good advice. I was in Physical Therapy for a while but had to put everything on pause because the clinic temporarily closed, so the pain has been bad. The alphabet exercise is a good idea! Will have to do that more often
