Okay....Back on track with Maintenance!! Weighed in with a comfortable level. Let’s hope we can continue with this amount.

We grouped yesterday & tried that Friday Challenge again....200m Run, 5 Burpees & 250 sit-ups, but restart after 2:30.


Did well & finished just over 18 minutes!!!


Time to find a Reduced Turkey Bacon Sandwich!!
168.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
